Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
exwife cohabitating with mulitple parties, what are a man's rights?
My ex-wife has at least 2 possibly 3 people living
with her. One of the individuals also appears to be
running a business out of the house. A couple share
her bedroom, she shares our daughter's bedroom with
her boyfriend and my two children kim 9 and brad 6
share a bedroom.
I am paying her alot of alimony, and I cannot come
up with the grand amount of money attorneys ask for,
What do I need to do to prove this living arrangement
in the courts and stop the alimony?
Any suggestions would be helpful. Thank you.

You will first have to check your divorce decree to determine whether or not spousal support is to terminate upon cohabitation. If it does not specifically say it does and if the court did not retain jurisdiction to modify the support, you may be out of luck. If it does provide for termination or modification, you will need to file a motion with the court and present sufficient information to convince the court that she is cohabitating.
Another significant issue is whether your children's present living situation is in their best interests.
