Generally, in Ohio, Shared Parenting means that both parents will consult each other and mutually make the decision on major decisions in the lives of the children. Certainly where the kids go to school is a major decision, and if she did not consult you, depending upon how your shared parenting plan is worded, this may be a problem for her.

If you want the kids to go to a normal school, you may have to make a motion with the Court arguing that it is in the best interests of the children for them to be schooled at the normal school rather than home schooled if you feel that way.
