Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

fair divorce

I've been married since 2004 and after a big argument in 2005, she went back home to ohio and got pregnant by somebody in 2006. they now have two daughters and she wants me to pay for the divorce. 1. how much would it cost to get this over with and 2. what are my choices?

It may be worth your while to pay. Since you both agree to a divorce, and if you both agree to the terms, you can go the route of dissolution--far less expensive than divorce. I suggest you consult with an attorney.
