Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
Family Law - Child Visitation - First Right of Refusal - Ohio
If the mother of my children does not want the children during her weeks with the children, she gives them to other members of the family, this happens even when she vacations out of the U.S. for a couple of weeks. How can I force her to consider me first before her family? Is there a way that I can have the ''First Right'' to my children before others. We currently have a shared parenting agreement but I am considering doing something to add this in, if it is even possible. - Thanks

Shared parenting agreements are modifiable through the court. This is an option if you can't make an informal arrangement with your spouse. Any arrangement you make that involves child support should be made through the court, however.
