Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

family matters

I have been living with a man for 8 years as his wife...we have presented ourselves as husband and wife, multipile joint accounts, IRS thinks he adopted my children, schools think he is my kids' step father, Even wear rings in public. Do i have any rightss in Ohio? He has ruined my credit. Gotten things in my maiden name and never paid for them. thousands of dollars worht of stuff.

Sorry, common law marriage was abolished in Ohio the early 1990's. You may be able to sue him on other grounds, I would need to know more specifics. Feel free to call me if you wish. Best regards, Edward DiCato
