what father should do if children services is contacted on mom

father stays due to fear mother is not taking good care of 4 small boys ages 2-8 and may worsen if he leaves the marraige. Children services was contacted by a neighbor claiming mother is depressed, sleeps all day and children are not supervised. claims in street and abusing animals. in the recent past father was confronted by a neighbor that oldest was a nusience and hurt his daughter, police called due to oldest making abscene phone calls to school.oldest expelled 2-3 times from school. what is best course for father to take in order to not lose kids?

Take the kids and get out of the house and then file for divorce.

You will need lots of help from the social agencies available. They are there for a reason... USE THEM!!!
