Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Can I have my father removed from all legal documents? He is 74 and I am 53. He and my mother were married 2 months before I was born, and she recently passed away 2 yrs ago. Now I want nothing ever to do with this person.

Yes you can remove your father from all legal documents. Would you like my help redrafting documents for you. The charges will not be that much if you already have existing documents and all that needs to be done is to have him removed.

Feel free to contact me, free of charge, at [email protected] or 330-447-7634. I am happy to help in any way that I can.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.
