Unfortunately, there is not a lot you can do as prior to filing the divorce, each parent has equal rights to the child. Therefore, either one of you could have taken the child out of the jurisdiction. Further, the Court will not retain jurisdiction over the child as the child no longer resides in the jurisdiction.
