Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Fathers rights to unseen child and paying support

I want to know what my rights are as a father. My daughters mother will not let me see her. I continue on still paying my child support. She was bringing her over my house to visit for the last month then she decided out of nowhere i needed supervised visitation. I have been dealing with this for 2 years. Im starting to feel as if she dosent want me in my daughters life but she sure wants my money.

Re: Fathers rights to unseen child and paying support

If your ex is not following the court's current order in regard to your visitation, it is your responsibility to file a contempt motion against her in court. No domestic court order is self enforcing.
