Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Please help

My ex and I have a no fault divorce. About 4 yrs ago we were seperated and I and the kids lived in my parents basement for 2 months untill we found our own place. During that time i had a friend I would play with on the internet. The person who I thought was my friend took the pics of me and put them on the internet. One pic had my son sleeping in the background while I was topless. If my son woke up he would not have seen anything. My ex has held on to this pic and threatens me with it when things don't go his way. Could I loose the kids. What could I do.

Ohio IS NOT a no-fault state. That picture, and its circumstances could be used to grant primary residential custody to your husband. You must emphasize the fact that you have been the best and primary caregiver to your children throughout their lives.
