My fianc� bought a house together but we didn't have credit so we used her moms credit and I put down a down payment of 15000.00 and we have been paying on it for nine years morgage is in her moms name I invested another 20,000.00 into fixing house up now fianc� is leaving me to be with her boss at her new employment do I have any right to the house
