Fiances ex won't give child back. Had a verbal agreement about visitation. What can we do?

If there is a court order and your fiancee's ex is not abiding by it, then you can bring a contempt of court action against this person for failure to follow the court order and if that person cannot show good cause for disregard of the court's order, then that person may be subject to imprisonment and/or fines.
