Where to file

What are the rules regarding residency and where to file a dissolution? I have not lived in Licking County, OH for 9 months, but Delaware. Can I file in Licking (where wife lives) or may I file in Delaware Cnty?

You must be a resident of the county in which you are filing for at least 90 days prior to filing, so you should be filing in Delaware county.
