We have filed papers for custody and we don't have an attorney but she does. Her attorney has sent us papers saying to answer questions. Should we reply?

The other attorney has probably sent you what are called discovery requests, either Requests for Admission pursuant to Civ. R. 36 or Requests for Interrogatories pursuant to Civ. R. 33. The rules say that you must answer these within 28 days. You would be wise to hire an attorney to help you in doing so.
