Final Divorce
We received a final decree on 5/21/08. I have heard that there is a 90 day waiting period before I can re- marry is this correct?

No, that's not right. You can remarry as soon as the divorce decree is final, although you might do well to wait at least 30 days so the time for possible appeal lapses.
