How to find out if my sister's husband filed for divorce

Me and my sister are trying to find out if her husband filed for divorce(begin filing for divorce).Who do we call or where do we go to find out if it's in process or not?She heard that it's possible for him to get a divorce without letting her know,is that true?Can she find out if he began filing,if it's in process or not?

First place to check is the website of the county her husband lives in. If Cuyahoga is the county, then it is online. Do a Google search for exact website and follow instructions. call if need further help. 440.835-8200. Steve
