Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Fit Living Conditions

If there are 2 boys (18 & 20) living in the house with a parent and one step parent and the step parent has shared custody of another minor child (13) from a previous marriage, and the 2 boys have been in trouble with the law, (criminal) is there any way that the other parent of the minor child can make it that the other parent cannot still have shared custody. because of the 2 boys living there? One has been in jail for 3 months and has been released, the other is on house arrest until trial. Neither one has been in any more trouble since they moved in.

Re: Fit Living Conditions

You must be prepared to present specific facts to the court regarding the danger to the child covered by the shared parenting plan. General feelings will not suffice.
