Forcing an adult to enter drug treatment

Is there any way legally that I can force my husband to enter a drug treatment program against his will?

You can try to place your husband into a guardianship, but that will be very difficult. There are very few if any methods to "force" someone to go to drug treatment. You may threaten to leave if he does not attend counselling.
