Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Which form should I use?

I was told by the courthouse that I would need to file a ''motion for content''. I have no clue what form I need to use? I have been divorced for a couple years and my ex refuses to pay a bill that is even stated as his in our divorce papers. I have had to pay them this whole time but I need help on trying to take care of it so since I'm not even supposed to be responsible for the bill.

Thanks!!

There is no standard Motion to Show Cause form. You must tell the Court about what he has failed to do, and what you have had to do/pay as a result of his failure. You must also send a copy of this Motion to your husband.
