Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

forms for filing - with or without children?

I intend on filing a ''''seemingly'''' uncomplicated divorce. Property has been divided, no known significanct debts, separate residences for over one year and no biological children with us as their common parents. We do,however, have our own children from previous marriages. Should court paperwork (Ashland Cty.) be submitted as 'with' or 'without' minor chilren as a result of this marriage?

Thank you in advance from your thoughtful response.

It sounds like you have no children born of this marriage to be included with the divorce. This remains true, as long as there have been no adoption proceedings.
