Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My girlfriend, her son and I live together in a 2 bedroom townhome. When my daughter stays with me she sleeps in the same room as her 9 yr old son but on a air matress, he has his own bed. Is this illegal in the state of ohio?

In Ohio, there aren't any rules against children sleeping on air mattresses.

However, depending upon their ages, and if there are court orders with regard to visitation involving other parents, and if those other parents go wind of the situation, you might be facing a motion in divorce court (or juvenile court if you were never married) to keep the two kids from sleeping together in the same room.
