Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My girlfriend and I of 8+ yrs are splitting up. We have a house together which she is the cosigner. She is making me live in the garage untill we put the house up for sale and sell it. She just moved in her daughter and her boyfriend without asking me.

Is that legal?
