Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

He won't give me what the judge awarded.

I was awarded any insurance policy with my name on it in my divorce decree. I wrote a letter to the courts and they told me to hire an attorney. I was already awarded. Why do I have to go through that expense again? My ex refuses to give it to me. I called the insurance company and they said I can't have it without a letter from him. What form do I need to make him show cause as to why he won't release it to me?

You must file a Motion to Show Cause, and prove how he is violating the court's prior orders. Provide copies of letters to him, as well as any correspondence from the insurance company showing that the policies are yours.
