Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

grandparent rights regarding father's rights

I just need to know, in the state of Ohio, if the father's rights voluntarily or involuntarily are terminated, if the grandparent's still have right to visitation, or if they are also terminated when the father's rights are? Will they lose their visitation of the father's rights are given up or terminated by the court? Since he no longer has legal rights, shouldn't theirs be gone as well, since they are no longer ''legally'' connected? Please help ASAP.

Re: grandparent rights regarding father's rights

If the grandparents have not established their visitation and parental rights through separate court action, then any rights that they have solely through the father are terminated when his are terminated.
