Grandparent Rights/Parent Rights
If a grandparent is not emotionally stable and continues to harrass and attack our family structure and threaten to take us to court for visitation of our children, what rights do we as parents have to protect ourselves and most importanty our children?

As parents, you generally have the right to keep others from your children. This generally includes the right to keep the grandparents from seeing the children. Grandparents' rights are generally pretty limited.
You may have the option of pressing harassment charges. You should think long and hard first, though, as you would be bringing criminal charges against one of your parents.
