Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Grandparents rights

My daughter has recently been keeping me from my grandson, whom I am very attached to as he is with me. The other sets of grandparents are still allowed to see him and take him out and spend the day or weekend with him. I can't even talk to him of the telephone. What can I do so I get to still see him? There is no drug, alcohol or abuse in this situation. My daughter has just decided that her son is too attached to me and she wants that stopped. What are my options?

You can file a motion with the court to assert your grandparental rights.
