guilty of gross neglect of marital duties

what does this mean? married for 31 years and husband ask me for divorce. first it was disolution, then incompatible and now he has added this charge also. he is having an affair with another younger woman and that is why we are getting the divorce. all kids are grown. i am 58 and he is 54 thank you for your information

You only have several grounds to choose from in Ohio. The nicest is incompatibility, but if you denied it a court cannot grant a divorce. Believe it or not the second nicest grounds is the "gross neglect". I would not sweat it a bit in that courts generally do not care about grounds (especially when there are no minor children).
