i want a divorce my husband is taking a buy out through delphi 96,000 been married since 2001 . he bought a house since weve been married my name is not on deed could i get house.

You are entitled to half of the assets accrued during the marriage. One must look to the source of the finds to determine if they are premarital. You getentitled to half the difference
