How can you prevent an ex from calling, faxing, and emailing you at your place of business? She lives in another state. I have requested that any correspondence be by mail only, she refuses. It is very distracting, and I feel an invasion of my privacy.

My recommendation is that you contact an attorney to notify her in writing that if her actions do not stop, a restraining order may be placed on her, if her actions truly constitute harrassment. Also provide her with alternative, less invasive, means of communicating to you.
