Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Harassment from the street

My husband's ex-wife stopped in the road in front of our house to tell him that he will be getting papers from the court for her to take the kids from him. She threatened to ''take my job''. And referred to me with some profanity. Is that considered harassment and should my husband file a report with the police station just to keep record?

Re: Harassment from the street

Sound like she is blowing off steam and you should ignore her comments unless she threatens you or your husband. It sounds as though the ex wife is going to have a very difficult time getting the kids back. As to the harassment, feel free to fild=e a police report so that if it happens again they can take further action.

Good luck.
