Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
health care coverage for children
Is a custodial parent legally required to provide health care coverage to their children? The custodial parent is working full time and has health care benefits available. What if the children are not living with the custodial parent?

Re: health care coverage for children
Thr court's final order usually has a health insurance order attached to it which specifies how health insurance is to be handled. If there is no order, and the entry is silent, then a motion must be filed to get the court to clarify things.
