Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

Health care changes

When my husband and I were married and while we were going through our divorce we had full medical coverage for our children through my husbands work. Since the divorce he has chosen another plan through his company which eliminated yearly eye exams and increased our co-payments but significantly lowered his cost. Because I need to have my child support modified, can I, at the same time ask that he go back to the full coverage since that was what we had at the time of the divorce?

Re: Health care changes

You can ask him to change plans back, if they are available, although if he won't, CSEA will make an independent investigation as to which is the best plan.
