How to get a hearing set on the docket?

I am in a parentage case in Summit County Domestic Court and just went back to court a few days ago. Magistrate says I have to provide a licensed driver for half of the transportation to see my daughter now.. so I had a friend drive me to the mom's house. (I have no license and the court knows it). To have my orders on paper can take 4 - 6 weeks according to the court. The mom wants to actually ''see their licenses'' and has a problem that my friend went to jail once. My friend(s) say no way they'll let her see their stuff. Mom says.. no license shown.. no baby. After our hearing that day.. she went to a neighbor's house and made sure that other people wouldn't drive me too. I have no one else to ask for a ride because of mom in one way or another. I need to be able to either set a hearing myself.. or in a letter have the magistrate set a hearing for this issue? How does that work? It's only been 5 days since these orders came from the magistrate's mouth. How can I get this back to court quickly so I don't have to wait 4 months until our evidentiary hearing to get relief?

Honestly, you need to get an attorney to work through this is since the other party is being such a pain. I would suggest that the two of you sit down and attempt to discuss the situation rationally.
