Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

our home

We have a son 24 years old and is homeless. sometimes we help him out by letting him stay for a few days.

When we ask him to leave and he wont and have to call the police .

the police tell us if he stays one night we have to start eviction procedures to get him out which costs us money we don't have.

plus i have 3 kids at home that has to put up with his foul mouth and he bugs us till we get mad.

what can we do!

Obviously your son has problems. I suggest you start by talking with a social worker at adult protective services in your area. Ask for help with referrals to other agencies that would address his particular problem. This is not an easy problem to solve.
