home given to wife in divorce

i need to know how i can get this loan out of my name as i have no legal rights to the house now after the divorce and its hurting my abitlity to refinance my own mortgage because of the 92000 mortgage on her home that is listed as joint so i need my name off this loan

If she was ordered to take on the payments of the home, then she needs to approach the mortgage holder to transfer the mortgage to her name. If she cannot do this for some reason you may ask for the sale of the home. Best Regards, Edward DiCato
