Can I keep my house?

Husband and I bought a house 2 months ago, now he wants out. Can I keep the house and how? He says NO because we have increased the value a bunch we have to sell. Help!

I assume that he wants out of the marriage. If that is the case he can buy your half of the house from you or visa versa. If neither party can refinance, then you will probably have to sell the property.
