hueband stopped giving money

my husband and i are getting a divorce my question is this month he gave us no money to pay the bills or buy food he has until the 17th to pay child support and spousal support but now he is trying to get that change would this be considered abandment?

I think you should file a motion for contempt. If there is a current temporary order for him to pay, he cannot just quit. Best regards, Edward DiCato
