Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

my husband is an alcoholic and user every penny he gets goes on alcohol so I take care of everything rent ultilities and all with no help from him I am tired and want him out but he will not leave is there a legal doc. i can get drawn up to legally make him leave?

Your best bet is to simply file for divorce, especially if you just want to leave your husband. Does he want a divorce? Is the house in your name or both of your names?
