Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband is court ordered to carry medical insurance on his kids and it got dropped when he got deployed. He had 2 months to try to put kids on military insurance and fidnt do it The kids dont have insurance til this day. What will happen?

In Ohio, unless you bring a contempt action against the father for failure to follow the court's order, nothing will happen.
