Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

if my husband doesn't have items on a divorce list that his ex was awarded, can he be held in contempt? she left in 2006 and wouldn't she have the burden of proof that she didn't take these items when she left? she signed at the bottom of the list we made that acknowledged some of those items were not found.

I don't think your husband has a lot to worry about. If she signed off on it then it is done and she has to prove that she did not receive the items.

Has she filed a motion for contempt?
