can my husband take our kids

My husband and I are seperated, I moved about 3 hours away and i have the kids. can he legally keep them if i let them go for cisitation? and can I get a temporary custody order for them?

As long as you are legally married to him he has equal rights to the kids adn can take them where he wants. If you are concerned about him returning the kids then either file for divorce or file for a legal separation. That will give you the Court ordered visitation schedule and specify custody
