Getting the Husband to leave

I am in the process of filing for a divorce. Is there anything that I can do to get my husband out of the house before the divorce is final? I feel that he is staying right now out of spite

File a motion with the Court to get him out of the house. This is usually done a tthe temporary hearing, but it can be done later.
