Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband wants to leave after 20 years of marriage and I am glad to see him go after his six affairs ! He is willing to go peacefully if I can get the mortgage loan put into my name only. He moved out before and ruined my credit when he refused to help me pay my bills when our daughters lived here. He paid no support either. Anyhow, how can I get the loan in my name only? The house has been in my name since 1997 through a Quit Deed Claim. Please help ! I need some peace. This is making me sick; physically and mentally !
