Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My husband and I have been living apart for over one and a half years. We have not filed for legal separation and are going to pursue a disillusionment. We were married in Tennessee, lived in Montgomery County, Ohio while we were married, and currently reside in two separate counties. Where do we need to file?

In Ohio, a dissolution can be filed as long as one of the parties has been a resident of Ohio for at least the last 6 months. Additionally, the action must be filed in the proper venue (usually the Common Pleas court of the county where the filing petitioner has lived for the past 90 days).
