Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

If my ex husband picks my kids up from school on a day that he is not supposed to have them, what should I do? What if he keeps them for an overnight that is not his night?

He is not following the court ordered parenting schedule. If this persists, you can file a contempt motion with the court. Or you may request mediation from the court to get this problem ironed out without a lots of hostility.
