Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio

My ex husband refuses to follow the court appointed holiday and vacation schedule for visitation. He is supposed to take her for a total of 4 wks in the summer and also all of Spring Break this year. For Spring Break and Winter Break we are suppose to agree on the visitation in writing and her refuses to work something out, he just states that he's not taking her. O know that my ex can take me to court for refusing to follow the visitation schedule, can I take him to court for the same thing?

In Ohio, if either party to a divorce or dissolution or separation does not follow the court ordered visitation without good cause for failing to do so, then the party who is hurt by this can file for contempt of court.
