Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
My husband and I have been seperated for over 3 years. we have a 4 year old daughter, who he has never paid a penny in support for. Not the issue at hand. he cant keep a job or a place to live so he lives with his 3 other adult siblings and his mom. they bounce from place to place about every 3 months providing no stability. he has no license no job no phone nothing! they have a dog in which i have had to take our daughter to the doctors for because she was covered in flea bites from head to toe. and recently she was attacked in the face by the dog. to the point she needed surgery. then i find out this dog had attacked 3 others in the face, and her dad held her down in the dogs face to give it a "kiss". knowing this dog has been biting. they refuse to get rid of the dog or put it down and know thats effecting whether or not I allow our daugher back to their house. there are some other issues involved but i do KNOW FOR A FACT that none of them could pass a drug test and i do not feel safe for my daughters sake to allow her in those circumstances. I wold still like for her to know him and see him, does it sound like i have a case for sole physical custody and only have him have supervised visitation?

In Ohio, if you can show the court that your husband and his living arrangements are a danger to the child, then you can get the court to order supervised visitation. But you will have to file a motion with the court to get that and put on evidence of the unsafe conditions.
