My husband has temporary. Custody of his granddaughter but I am not the legal paternal grand parent we have recently been talking about getting a divorce do I have legal rights to be able to have visitation with the granddaughter since for the last 5 years I have raised her to.

If he has sole legal custody through Juvenile Court then visitation will not likely be addressed during the divorce. You can try and get visitation through the Juvenile Court that gave him custody, but it is not a guarantee.
