Legal Question in Family Law in Ohio
what should my husband do about getting visitation rights to his two children that he pays child support on,and his ex wont let him see them. we cannot afford a lawyer to help him try to get visitation rights.So how can i get a lawyer appointed to him?

Lawyers are only "appointed" for criminal cases. You may find a low-cost or free lawyer through your local legal aid office. Call your local legal aid office to see if you qualify for them to represent you.
