is it ilegal to get married in an other state if you are under 18 to an older pe
is it legal to go to a state that you can get married at the age of 17 to an older person then come home to the state you live in? will that stae acseped that marriage or will the state prosacute the older person?

If the 17 year old meets the qualifications, including residency of the foreign state, and the marriage was properly solumnized, then such marriage is entitled to be recognized in Ohio.
